The Connecticut State Soccer Association and Connecticut Junior Soccer Association jointly established a State Referee Program --- CTReferee.org went live on November 24, 2003

Purpose of the Connecticut State Referee Program:

• To carry out the National Referee Development Program of the United States Soccer Federation through the State Referee Program

• To develop the quality and quantity of Federation Referees, Assessors, Instructors, and Assignors; to register those Referees, Assessors, Instructors, and Assignors required to serve the two State Associations and to achieve excellence in Officiating, Governance, Education, and Administration

• CTReferee.org is the complete resource for all Referees in Connecticut
