Any Referee assigned to a CJSA sponsored competition MUST submit a USSF Referee Report within 48 hours after the game to the CJSA Office or the Region 1 Office for the NERP or Region I leagues.

• All Cup games
   
• All Cup Finals in Connecticut
   
• All Region 1 and NERP League games
   
• All Send Offs from any CJSA competition
